This volume is a publication put out by the USDA on food tips and lots of recipes, published in 1960. It is a paperback with nearly 100 pages of delicious vintage recipes. The cover is stamped "From Congressman Eugene Siler, 8th KY District." There are numbers written on the back cover with three persons names over them. No idea why.
